The Cost Indices Committee

About Us

The Building Cost Indices are prepared by the Cost Indices Committee which has been constituted and assigned this mandate by the Governing Council of The Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK).

In pursuit of its mission, the Committee works closely with the Kenyan State Department for Public Works and the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS).
